Order

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. THE SPARKLE COLLECTION by german pool offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center.

For any made-to-order products:

Advance payment is required to start the product production. Order cancellation and/or payment refund is not accepted for any paid made-to-order request.

- Food Processor with 15,000+ Swarovski® Crystals:

The standard product lead time is 30-45 working days depend on raw materials stock status including the Austrian Swarovski® Crystals.

- 100% Silk QiPao with Swarovski® Crystals

The standard (i.e. without pattern adjustment) tailor-made product lead time is 25 working days after measurement confirmation and depends on raw materials stock status including the Austrian Swarovski® Crystals.

In case the product you ordered is out of stock, or is withdrawn due to its failure to meet our quality standards or due to the shipping restrictions applicable to one or all of the ordered items, THE SPARKLE COLLECTION by german pool reserves the right to accept the order. THE SPARKLE COLLECTION by german pool Customer Service team will contact you as soon as possible if there are any issues with your order for further arrangement.



Shipping

THE SPARKLE COLLECTION by german pool provides worldwide delivery.

a) For Hong Kong orders, you may select shipment pickup or door-to-door delivery.

Shipment pickup:

Your ordered item will be ready for your pick-up at our designated address within 3-5 working days. To collect your order, please present the invoice for verification. THE SPARKLE COLLECTION by german pool staff may request the presentation of any identity certification during the verification. For third-person collection, authorization letter from you must be presented.

Door-to-door delivery:

Your ordered item will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. Orders under HK$2,000 will be subjected to a minimum shipping fee of HK$80 for delivering to industrial & commercial address. Surcharges may apply for any residential area or outlying-areas or permit-only restricted areas and such surcharges are collected by third-party logistic companies and the address zoning is defined by them. You are recommended to check the delivery address zone before placing an order.

THE SPARKLE COLLECTION by german pool ensures each order through transit up until it is delivered to you or is collected. You need to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products when the products are collected and by doing so, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on. If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, or in case of delivery of a gift, then you accept this signature as an evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order by THE SPARKLE COLLECTION by german pool. You also accept the associated transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Free-shipping delivery:

THE SPARKLE COLLECTION by german pool provides free shipping within Hong Kong region on orders above HK$2,000 per order (after discounts and vouchers have been applied).

b) For overseas orders, courier delivery is available.

Your ordered item will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. Orders ship to regions out of Hong Kong, except China region, will be shipped by courier services. Shipping charges and delivery lead time vary to different shipping zone defined by courier companies. You are welcome to contact us for quotation before purchase.



*Important Note for Overseas Orders*

Overseas orders’ recipient is responsible for their custom declaration including taxes and duties(if any). Once the order is placed, you acknowledge that you are the importer and the ordering merchandise is in compliance with all laws and regulations of the importing country. Any necessary documents and certificates for import purpose shall be prepared by your side. THE SPARKLE COLLECTION by german pool is not liable for any custom clearance or taxes, duties payment issues, or the provision of any certificates or reports and THE SPARKLE COLLECTION by german pool shall not be liable to any legal liabilities. Under the situation of delivery failure including but not limited to custom-declaration failure, suspension of Custom authorities, no refund will be given by THE SPARKLE COLLECTION by german pool. Any subsequent charges lead by delivery failure such as return-way delivery cost, handling cost, re-stocking cost will be on your expense, no refund will be accepted by THE SPARKLE COLLECTION by german pool. For more details, please see below "Customs & Tax" section below.

Product Care and Maintenance

To preserve their beauty, you are advised to treat the ordered items with great care and handle them with delicacy. By acknowledging a few precautions for use and maintenance, you will be able to keep your item in great condition for a long period of time.

a) Swarovski® crystals

>clean your Swarovski® crystals with warm water and a soft brush before drying it with a soft cloth.

>avoid wearing in the following situations:

*When washing your hands, in order to avoid soap deposits slipping into small crevices and tarnishing your piece of jewelry.

*When doing activities requiring the use of corrosive products (gardening, cleaning, dish-washing…) in order to avoid damaging the stones that adorn your piece of jewelry.

*When practicing sports, in order to avoid impacts and scratches, Swarovski® crystals are also best to avoid.

*Exposing Swarovski® crystals to strong heat as temperature changes can irreversibly damage Swarovski® crystals.

*in contacting with chemical ingredients contained in cosmetics, perfumes, or sprays are harmful to Swarovski® crystals.

b) Diamonds

>A diamond can only be scratched by a diamond. Clean your diamond with warm water and a soft brush before drying it with a soft cloth.



Warranty and Repair

Unless otherwise stated, warranty is only available for kitchen appliances products but not including Swarovski® crystals components and Hong Kong warranty terms & conditions apply to all orders purchased through THE SPARKLE COLLECTION by german pool official website (i.e. www.TheSparkleCollection.co). The warranty is only effective when online registration is completed on GERMAN POOL official website within 10 days after purchase. Please refer to product instructions for details.

>GERMAN POOL provides free checking and repairing service during warranty period and within 7 days of purchase but not delivery charges.

>GERMAN POOL only provides free checking service after warranty period.

THE SPARKLE COLLECTION by german pool offers no warranty or repairing service to any Swarovski® crystals and its components including loosenings.
