設計企劃研究中心(CDSS)是一個獨特的跨學科交流平台,將創新設計,創意和營商的解決方案集合其中。
CDSS是一個與設計和零售行業發展並駕齊驅的知識中心,旨在為培育新商務以開發和建立其零售業務組合提供平台,以適應各個品牌的優先事項和能力,以探索合適的營銷解決方案。 CDSS支援學生,校友,員工和企業家,為其提供設計孵化,電子商務工作的解決方案,大數據分析和高科技零售商店體驗方面的支持。本中心也為HKDI學生提供了一個實體店,以豐富他們於零售環境中的商店視覺營銷和一般操作中的技能和在職知識,以提高他們在設計和零售行業的就業能力。 CDSS is one of the Knowledge Centres at the Hong Kong Design Institute (HKDI) established in 2019. It is comprised of Design Incubation, E-Commerce, Big Data Analytics, and Technology-Driven In-Store Experience. Our centre is missioned to serve as a knowledge exchange hub for academics and retailers locally, regionally and internationally, to synergize latest developments, innovative ideas and best practices, with a vision to build business strategies and design solutions for future challenges. The majority of the CDSS projects will be integrated into relevant HKDI curriculum, where students could work in teams to develop high quality, practical design solutions cater to specific industry needs and requirements. It serves as a business training platform for professional practice and networking, nurturing creative ideas and offering student supports in terms of facilities and mentorship in realizing their entrepreneurial ambitions, thus assure work readiness and employability |

CDSS Invoice Terms & Conditions
1.We will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused when orders are left at the recipient’s door upon the customer's request. 2.All the products purchased cannot be exchanged unless the product is found quality issue. 3.Any opened, used or products damaged by customer will not be eligible for exchange (or, where applicable, refund) 4.No cash refund and No return will be accepted for displayed item, discounted item, fragile item. 5.In the event of any damage arising after inspection and acknowledgement of receipt by customer, customer will not be qualified claim return 6.CDSS shall not be liable for any consequential loss of the customer and loss if profit. 7.To be eligible for exchange, the product must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as you received it. Please include the original packaging, tags, certificates, manufacture warranty card, instructions, gifts and all other accessories, etc., when returning the products for exchange. The packaging must be undamaged with tags intact and attached to the item. Returned items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. 8.Certain designated products are not eligible for exchange, this will be so stated when you place your order. 9.CDSS shall not be liable for any specific instructions set out in their manual or in any documents accompanying the goods supplied. Every care has been taken to describe and show the goods accurately. In describing the products available to purchase online, CDSS attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, CDSS does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any CDSS Services are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. 10.In case of any dispute, the decision of CDSS shall be final and conclusive. To make a request for exchange, please follow the procedure below: 1. Please record the damage or defect clearly by taking photo(s) or video(s) and email us at hkdi_cdss@vtc.edu.hk within 10 days of receipt of your order. 2. We will reply to your email with confirmation of whether the product is eligible for exchange, and if eligible, with instructions on how to return the product. 3. The exchange process will take approximate 10 working days of our receipt of the product. And the delivery cost will be borne by us. 4. Returned item(s) deemed eligible for exchange will only be replaced with a new item of the same product. If the product is out of stock, a refund will be effected by crediting your account via your original payment method. Such refund can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Exchange can only be effected once for each order. |
